Mike Hayward has dedicated his life to the pursuit of health and fitness. With a passion for athletics that began in high school, Mike excelled becoming a standout four sport athlete and playing college football. His athletic journey continued, where he honed his skills and deepened his commitment to fitness and competition through almost 20 years of bodybuilding and weight lifting competitions.

For 46 years, Mike has maintained a rigorous weightlifting regimen, embodying the principles of discipline, perseverance, and strength. His decades-long dedication to physical fitness not only shaped his own life but also inspired those around him.

Transitioning from athlete to mentor, Mike became a coach, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of athletes. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the values he cultivated over a lifetime: hard work, resilience, and a passion for continuous improvement. 

As a coach, Mike quickly realized the benefits of resistance band training.
